A welcoming house, from morning coffee to evening cocktails.

One house, many lives.
Maison Saint Martin is a family adventure. David Zenouda — a restaurateur for four generations — opened his doors in September 2025 alongside his children Esther and Nathan, who returned from Melbourne with a fresh and discerning vision of hospitality. Together, they envisioned a place that reflects everything they love: a coffee counter where a barista crafts specialty coffees roasted in Paris, and a brasserie counter where chef José Ribeiro — formerly of the Plaza Athénée and the kitchens of Marc Veyrat — delivers generous bistronomic cuisine, inspired daily by the fresh arrivals from the neighbouring Marché Saint-Martin. Come evening, cocktails take over until 1am. Welcome to our home.
